1 General Terms

This Agreement has been prepared in English for Bangladeshi users. The 35bd gem platform provides online betting and casino services. The purpose of this Agreement is to clearly define the relationship, rights, and responsibilities between Members and 35bd gem.

35bd gem is committed to providing transparent and fair services at all times. All games, betting options, and promotional offers on the platform are subject to these rules. If a specific service has its own separate terms, those terms apply alongside these general terms, and in the event of a conflict, the specific terms take precedence.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To become a member of 35bd gem, you must be at least 21 years of age. Information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Minors are not permitted to open an account, and any such account identified will be closed immediately.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person or household is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified, 35bd gem reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any funds held in them.

2.3 Registration Information

3 Account Security and Verification

3.1 Password and Login Security

Members are required to keep their username and password confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is not permitted. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you must contact the 35bd gem support team immediately. If account details are leaked due to your own negligence, you bear the responsibility for that.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

35bd gem reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. For this purpose, a copy of a National ID card, passport, or driving licence may be requested. Withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold until verification is complete. This process is essential to protect members' funds and prevent fraud.

3.3 OTP Verification

OTP verification may be required during registration, login, and certain transactions. The OTP will be sent only to your own mobile or email, and it is not safe to share it with anyone.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer can be used for deposits on 35bd gem (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳500. No processing fee applies to deposits.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, withdrawals may be temporarily delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Transaction Verification

35bd gem reserves the right to review suspicious transactions. In cases of fraudulent or unusual transactions, withdrawals may be put on hold and further information may be requested. A balance may only be withdrawn using the same payment method that was used to make the deposit.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

35bd gem offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, if a member deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and their total balance will be ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, a turnover of 25 times the total bonus must be completed — that is, a ৳25,000 turnover is required for a ৳1,000 bonus.

5.2 Bonus Terms and Conditions

Some important conditions regarding bonuses are listed below:

• An account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once
• The bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering (turnover) requirement has been met
• Playing with bonus funds may not be applicable to all games — the list of eligible games is stated on the site
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the set time from the date the bonus was claimed, the bonus will be cancelled
• Any attempt to earn bonuses using multiple accounts or systems will result in account closure

5.3 VIP Cashback Benefits

The 35bd gem VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5%; Gold — up to 0.8%; Platinum — up to 1.0%. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). For example, a Gold tier member who incurs a ৳20,000 net loss in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback. Members can move up to higher tiers by playing more and increasing their activity over time.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation Policy

35bd gem reserves the right to cancel a bet even after it has been accepted, due to technical errors, incorrect odds, or event cancellation. If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be returned to the member's wallet. In the case of a multi-bet, if one selection is cancelled, it will be removed from the total odds and the remaining bets will be settled accordingly.

6.2 Cricket and Football Betting

Bets can be placed on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international cricket matches. All international cricket events, including Bangladesh Tigers matches, are available on the 35bd gem betting platform. In-play betting is available, but odds may change depending on the match situation.

6.3 Odds and Result Settlement

Odds are available in both pre-match and live formats. The official match result will be considered final for the purpose of settling outcomes. In the case of disputed results, the decision of the 35bd gem authority is final.

7 Casino and Game Rules

7.1 Game Results

The results of slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, and other games on 35bd gem are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. Each game result is independent and does not depend on previous results.

7.2 Game Interruptions

If a game session is left incomplete due to a technical error, 35bd gem will return the bet amount for that round to the member's account. If an error occurs after a win and the winning amount appears abnormally high, 35bd gem will review it and determine the correct amount.

7.3 Fishing and Other Games

Equal opportunity for all members is ensured in fishing games and multiplayer games. Using team gaming or multiple accounts to follow any strategy that creates an unfair advantage is prohibited.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 35bd gem platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Exploiting the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage (bonus abuse)
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering
• Operating an account with funds belonging to a third party
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing other members or staff
• Submitting false information or forged documents

If any such activity is identified, 35bd gem will immediately suspend the associated account, forfeit any winnings and bonuses earned, and where necessary, report the matter to the relevant authorities.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

35bd gem aims to ensure uninterrupted service, but the service may be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, or external causes. 35bd gem accepts limited liability for any loss a member may suffer as a result of such disruptions.

9.2 Third-Party Services

In the event of issues with payment gateways, game providers, or other third-party services, 35bd gem limits its maximum liability to the amount of funds the member had involved in that transaction. 35bd gem is not liable for the actions of any third party.

9.3 Finality of Decisions

In any dispute regarding game results or betting matters, the decision of the 35bd gem authority will be considered final. If a member is not satisfied with a decision, they may file a formal complaint with our support team through the contact details listed in the FAQ.

10 Privacy and Data Protection
